Responsibilities
Role Summary
The Epicor ERP Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Epicor ERP solutions to align with business processes. This role bridges technical expertise with business strategy, ensuring successful ERP adoption across manufacturing, supply chain, and finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements gathering: Work with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into Epicor solutions.
- ERP implementation: Lead full-cycle ERP projects including configuration, testing, and go-live.
- Module expertise: Configure and support Financials, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and MRP modules.
- Customization & reporting: Develop BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, and reports.
- Training & support: Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing system support.
- Integration management: Ensure seamless integration with APIs, EDI, and third-party applications.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
