1. Responsible for daily machinery maintenance and plan preventive maintenance

2. Monitor daily quality control and non-conforming products

3. Monitor production workers attendance and discipline

4. Control production reject and wastage

5. Perform monthly stock take

6. Implement and maintain housekeeping (5S) at production area

7. Monitor customer delivery schedule

8. Responsible for daily production planning

9. Responsible on production safety and environment

10. Ensure the products are manufactured and delivered according to customer’s requirements

11. Monitor the capabilities of all production machines, efficiency and cost

12. Train production workers based on work instruction and new requirements for quality, environment and safety

13. Identify quality issue and take action on it to prevent recurrence

14. Ensure WIP stock holding days is within control before planning for production

15. Follow up production improvement program

16. Ensure production workers perform according to work instruction and efficiently

17. Conduct Emergency Preparedness and Response and evacuation activity

18. Review and update Risk Assessment, Aspects & Impacts and HIRADC by yearly basis

19. Responsible for QESH Objectives & Targets and programs

20. Identify production staff / workers competency

21. Provide training and awareness for quality, environment and safety

22. Involve in internal and external communication

23. Responsible for production nonconformity, corrective and/or preventive action and near miss catch

24. Ensure follow the legal and other requirement

25. Ensure workers follow the chemical handling procedure

26. Monitor the handling of IETS operation and schedule waste storage

27. Monitor the process of recycling of IETS discharge water and reuse of the water

28. Responsible for related QESH activities

29. Train subordinates on job training

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
