About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Fit Out & Tenancy Design Coordinator to join our Leasing & Fit-Out team at The Spring Shopping Mall. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end fit-out coordination process — from drawing preparation and submission review to on-site monitoring and final inspection — ensuring all tenant fit-outs comply with mall standards and are completed on schedule.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare full sets of CAD drawings for respective lots to guide tenant fit-out submissions.
• Review and coordinate tenant fit-out drawing submissions for Fit-Out Committee evaluation, ensuring compliance with the fit-out guide and works guide.
• Monitor fit-out works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, mall regulations, and safety standards.
• Coordinate lot preparation works including hoardings and M&E requirements with contractors and building services.
• Track fit-out schedules and provide timely updates in leasing meetings; escalate issues where needed.
• Manage handover and possession inspections for incoming and outgoing tenants.
• Conduct final inspections of tenant units and approve commencement of business.
• Facilitate fit-out briefings with tenants, contractors, and consultants.
• Proactively review tenant store concepts against current market trends.
• Support updates to fit-out guides and briefing materials as required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in fit-out coordination, project management, or a related role within a Shopping Centre, Retail, Property Management, or Construction environment.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D modelling software, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Able to read, interpret, and review architectural and fit-out drawings.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator — able to liaise with tenants, contractors, and consultants.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM11,554.09 per month
