Responsibilities
Are you passionate about building custom PCs and solving hardware problems? We're looking for a hands-on technician to join our team at Viva City Mega Mall, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied with a fully tested system.
Your key responsibilities:
- Assemble PCs according to customer specs, including cable management, BIOS setup, OS installation, and stress-testing before handover.
- Diagnose and repair both hardware and software faults for walk-in customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by explaining technical details clearly and managing repair timelines.
- Process warranty claims in-house and liaise with principals for RMA; track warranty status and advise on BrightCare or out-of-warranty options.
- Handle ad-hoc branch maintenance tasks such as replacing downlights, transformers, and maintaining POS and network uptime.
- Submit a weekly report to HQ covering jobs completed, pending items, warranty cases, and branch upkeep.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in PC assembly, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Good communication skills to explain complex issues to non-technical customers.
- Basic knowledge of electrical safety and facility maintenance.
- Full-time availability at Viva City Mega Mall.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
