Key responsibilities include assigning work, monitoring performance, training staff, providing coaching, handling conflicts, and acting as a liaison between employees and upper management. Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Operational Oversight: Monitoring workflows to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
• Team Leadership: Coaching, mentoring, and motivating employees to achieve goals.
• Scheduling & Resource Management: Creating team schedules, managing shift changes, and allocating resources.
• Performance Management: Evaluating employee performance, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
• Conflict Resolution & Safety: Addressing employee issues, resolving disputes, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
• Reporting: Preparing reports for upper management regarding team performance and operational progress.
