Provide level 2 on-site technical support.

Follow-up support for company's products and services.

Propose solutions and prepare proposals.

Working on operating system environment including Windows, Linux (Redhat / SUSE) and Unix as well as critical thinking and communication skills.

Minimum requirement a Degree, Diploma or Professional certification in IT.

Certification in MCITP or MCTS (in either Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, SCOM, SharePoint) is a plus.

Basic knowledge in Linux or RHCE or LPIC is a plus.

Possess own transport and willing to travel is a plus.

Applicants must be willing to work in Serdang, Cyberjaya and Putrajaya area.

Strong command of English (spoken and written) is a MUST.

Analytical, result oriented and good communication and writing skill.

Selected candidates will be given training.
