Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, tender documents, and BOQ
• Perform quantity take-off and cost analysis
• Manage contract administration, claims, and variation orders
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control
• Prepare progress claims, reports, and final accounts
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Engineering
• 1–5 years experience in construction industry is an advantage
• Familiar with QS software (e.g. Cubicost, CostX, Excel)
• Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
