• Process payroll data including attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, deductions, and reimbursements.
• Verify employee timesheets and payroll-related information for accuracy.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records in the payroll system.
• Assist with payroll calculations and ensure timely payroll processing.
• Prepare payroll reports and supporting documentation.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and payslips.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance departments on employee changes and payroll updates.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Support payroll audits and maintain accurate records for reporting purposes.
• Perform general administrative duties related to payroll and employee records.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of payroll, accounting, or administrative experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
