Job Descriptions

• To maintain, install and trouble-shoot of electrical systems, air-condition system, fire system, building, plant, machinery and equipment.
• Liaise with utilities providers such as TNB and government regulatory bodies on utility services and compliance issues.
• Ensure new installations and maintenance is safe, correct and legal. Conduct monitoring, trending and tracking of daily power consumption as well as, initiate preventive maintenance to prevent or minimize equipment breakdown and power failure.
• Operation and maintenance of 11Kv electrical system.
• Plan and carryout building maintenance works or improvement.
• Handle electrical consultant inspection & update status on electric supply condition.
• To ensure building electrical is maintained effectively and comply with Energy Commission requirement.
• To ensure that substation equipment installations is executed in such a manner that meets the quality specified as well as safety and health requirements.
• Responsible for installing new machines in the factory to comply with the DOE and DOSH and ST requirement.
• Assist HOD to provide reports for repair & maintenance, part inventory, equipment inventory and maintenance items.
• Assist in planning and executing schedule repair and preventive maintenance on all systems.
• Communicate regularly with owners/tenants, contractor, vendors and maintenance staff for contract requirements and the daily operational activities.
• Provide support to Immediate Superior and ad-hoc duties.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
