Responsibilities

• Sourcing and recommending prospects for new business opportunities
• Implementing a new sales plan and advertising
• Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
• Manage the entire project sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiations to closing deals.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to find new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipelines using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / any discipline in Business/Marketing / Interior Design, or related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in office furniture systems or interior solutions.
• Native or fluent Mandarin speaker, with excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Strong understanding of office furniture products, modular systems, and the local market.
• Energetic, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
