Key Responsibilities

• Incoming Quality Control (IQC): Inspect raw materials and components from suppliers before they enter the production line.
• Outgoing Quality Control (OQC): Perform final inspections and functional tests on finished goods to ensure zero-defect shipments.
• Defect Management: Investigate the root cause of component failures, reject non-conforming materials, and coordinate with suppliers for replacements.
• Measurement & Testing: Operate or oversee the use of precision tools like CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines), calipers, and test jigs.
• Documentation: Maintain inspection records, certificates of analysis (CoA), and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Incoming Quality Control (IQC) and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) is preferred.
• Experience in metal stamping, precision machining, automotive components, or hardware manufacturing is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
