岗位职责 Job Responsibilities

• 负责工厂财务核算管理，确保账务处理及财务报表符合马来西亚会计准则（MFRS）及公司要求。

Manage factory financial accounting operations and ensure accounting records and financial reports comply with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and company requirements.

• 建立及完善会计核算制度、会计科目体系及财务流程。

Develop and improve accounting policies, chart of accounts, and financial procedures.

• 协助资金管理及现金流预测，维护银行关系，支持跨境资金安排及外汇风险管理。

Support cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, cross-border fund arrangements, and foreign exchange risk management.

• 负责马来西亚税务相关工作，包括 SST、企业所得税、印花税、预提税、关税及个人所得税申报与合规管理。

Handle Malaysian tax compliance matters, including SST, corporate income tax, stamp duty, withholding tax, customs duties, and individual income tax matters.

• 配合税务审计、法定审计、内部审计及集团审计工作，并跟进整改事项。

Coordinate tax audits, statutory audits, internal audits, and group audits, including follow-up on audit findings.

• 对接政府机构及相关部门，包括 MIDA、BNM、LHDN 及 Royal Customs。

Liaise with government authorities and related agencies, including MIDA, BNM, LHDN, and Royal Customs.

• 协助财务团队管理与人才培养，推动财务流程标准化及信息化建设。

Assist in managing and developing the finance team while promoting process standardization and system improvement.

• 深入了解制造业运营流程，与生产、采购、销售及工程部门紧密合作，提供财务支持与改善建议。

Work closely with production, purchasing, sales, and engineering departments to provide financial support and operational improvement recommendations.

• 完成上级安排的其他财务相关工作。

Perform other finance-related duties assigned by management.

任职要求 Job Requirements

• 本科及以上学历，会计、财务或相关专业。

Bachelor’s Degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 持有 MIA、ACCA、MICPA 或同等专业资格。

Professional qualification such as MIA, ACCA, MICPA, or equivalent is required.

• 持有 CTIM 资格者优先。

CTIM qualification will be an added advantage.

工作经验 Working Experience

• 5–8 年财务相关工作经验。

5–8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.

• 至少 3 年制造业财务管理经验。

Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing finance management.

• 熟悉机械、汽车零部件或相关制造行业者优先。

Experience in machinery, automotive parts, or related manufacturing industries is preferred.

• 有外资/中资企业马来西亚子公司经验，或新工厂筹建经验者优先。

Experience in foreign-invested or China-based companies’ Malaysian subsidiaries, or new plant setup projects, will be an added advantage.

• 熟悉 MFRS、Companies Act 2016 及马来西亚税务法规。

Strong knowledge of MFRS, Companies Act 2016, and Malaysian tax regulations.

• 熟悉 SST、企业所得税、关税、转移定价（TP）及税务筹划。

Familiar with SST, corporate tax, customs duties, transfer pricing (TP), and tax planning.

• 熟悉 MIDA 税务优惠申请及 BNM 外汇管理要求。

Knowledge of MIDA incentive applications and BNM foreign exchange requirements.

• 熟练使用 ERP 财务系统及 Microsoft Office。

Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.

语言与软技能 Language & Soft Skills

• 英语及中文流利（书写与口语）。

Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• 具备良好的沟通协调能力及跨部门协作能力。

Good communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• 工作细致严谨，具备责任心、抗压能力及风险意识。

Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work under pressure, and capable of managing financial risks effectively.

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
