Job Summary

• Responsible in operating Drink and Dessert Stall as Cashier or Drinks Maker.
• Ensure Drink and Dessert Stalls income integrity at all times.

Duties and Responsibility

• Communicate with customers for orders and ensure accurate orders are delivered to customer.
• Prepare beverages according to recipes and maintain the highest quality for customers.
• Pro-active in solving customer problems and satisfying customers in various situations in polite and friendly manner.
• Inform Drink Stall Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor of insufficient stock for re-order purposes.
• Assist Drink Stall Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor in arranging stocks in Drink Stall Store Room
• Comply with all food and beverage hygiene requirements
• Ensure the stall is organised, stocked and clean at all times.
• Ensure proper reconciliation and hand over of all monies collected.
• Undertake any other task and duties assigned by Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor.

Position Requirements

1. Qualifications: Possess SPM or higher

2. Experience: 1 year working experience in related field would be an added advantage.

3. Skills/Competencies:

• Good communication skills and able to interact with customer.
• Willing to work on shift, Weekend and public holidays.
• Basic mathematics and computer literate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
