Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greeting customers warmly, taking orders, and handling inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Food & Beverage Service: Preparing, serving, and presenting food/drinks according to company SOPs.
• Cashiering: Operating the POS system, processing cash or credit card payments, and accurately managing transactions.
• Housekeeping & Maintenance: Cleaning tables, sweeping/mopping, maintaining restroom hygiene, and sanitizing equipment.
• Inventory Assistance: Monitoring stock levels and informing managers of shortages or equipment damages.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
