Job Description

The Automated Cutting Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring automated cutting machines to cut raw materials according to production specifications. The role involves ensuring product quality, maintaining machine efficiency, and following all safety and operational procedures to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Set up and operate automated cutting machines according to work instructions and production schedules.

2) Load raw materials and ensure correct machine settings before operation.

3) Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments to maintain product quality.

4) Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

5) Identify and report machine malfunctions, defects, or production issues to the supervisor or maintenance team.

6) Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of the equipment.

7) Record production output, machine downtime, and quality inspection results.

8) Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and company policies.

9) Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principles.

10) Work closely with team members to achieve daily production targets.

Requirements:

1) High school diploma or equivalent or Diploma

2) Experience operating automated or industrial machinery is an advantage.

3) Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications.

4) Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

5) Willing to work shifts, overtime, and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

6) Good attention to detail and commitment to quality and workplace safety.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
