Phili-Orient Logistics (M) Hiring! Full Time Warehouse Coordinator (KLIA Cargo) in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 2,200 - Ricebowl

ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY:

a) Perform safe and efficient loading and unloading of cartons to prevent damage or injury.

b) Carry out shrink wrapping, strapping, and bubble wrapping of shipments according to standard requirements to ensure secure transit.

c) Measure dimensions and record the gross weight of shipments as instructed by the Head of Department or Supervisor.

d) Build and palletize shipments based on the order/master list and Supervisor’s instructions.

e) Operate lifting equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jacks) responsibly and in compliance with safety guidelines.

f) Maintain a clean and organised work area through daily housekeeping practices.

g) Conduct scanning procedures for all incoming and outgoing air shipments to ensure accurate tracking and documentation.

h) Ensure timely accurate updates in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

i) Update warehouse stock records and monitor long-pending cargo for timely follow-up.

j) Adhere strictly to customer SOPs, company policies, and safety regulations.

k) Maintain high operational standards in all warehouse activities.

l) Handle delivery arrangements according to instructions provided by Customer Service and Transport team.

m) Act as a backup for Customs runner duties when required, including submitting registered Customs forms for officer approval, collecting cargo from the POL warehouse, and assisting with Customs examinations.

n) Carry out other warehouse-related tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or authorized personnel.

o) Assist the Branch Manager in achieving departmental goals and objectives by contributing to efficient and compliant Customs operations.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIANCE:

a) Candidate must possess at least an SPM, Higher Secondary Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in any field

b) Must have a minimum of 1 year of working experience in a relevant industry.

c) Proficient in Microsoft Office, SMK, and Excel.

d) Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

e) Hardworking and willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Location: Cargo Village, KLIA, Sepang

Normal: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

5.5 days (Saturday Half Day - Morning)

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
