Responsibilities
- Prepare budgetary estimates based on tender drawings and project requirements.
- Source and obtain quotations from contractors and suppliers for cost analysis, evaluation, and budgeting purposes.
- Manage progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
- Support contract administration and other related operational matters.
- Ensure proper cost control and adherence to project budgets.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in high-rise construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of contract administration, procurement, cost control, and variation management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
- Strong attention to detail, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
