• Handle all cash and transaction activities accurately and responsibly.
• Perform end-of-day (EOD) cashier closing including cash counting, credit card settlement, wallet closure, cash verification forms, and cup count reconciliation.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, service etiquette, and adherence to service SOPs.
• Prepare and handle fruits, crunches, sauces, and yogurt mix according to company SOPs.
• Operate, monitor, and perform proper cleaning and maintenance of machines.
• Carry out outlet opening and closing procedures and ensure all assigned duties are completed.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards of the outlet are consistently maintained.
• Receive, check, and arrange stock properly according to storage guidelines.
• Maintain awareness and compliance with audit requirements and standards.
• Perform cash banking activities daily or twice daily as required.
• Follow all company SOPs and operational guidelines strictly.
• Attend required training sessions, including Halal certification classes when needed.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
