We are currently seeking suitable candidates for the position of Production Technician to support daily manufacturing and production operations. Candidates with experience in CNC machining, automotive, machine operations, technical maintenance, or manufacturing environments are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Perform machine setup and pre-setting according to production requirements and specifications
• Carry out basic machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting when necessary
• Support machine cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance activities including TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
• Monitor production quality and ensure compliance before product release
• Maintain proper handling of quality-related documentation and operational records
• Act as an authorized personnel for production output and customer delivery processes when required

Requirements

• Experience in CNC, automotive, manufacturing, machine operation, maintenance, or technical-related fields is an added advantage
• Basic technical knowledge in machine setup, troubleshooting, or production processes
• Able to work in a shift-based environment
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work in a team environment
• Fresh candidates with technical or vocational backgrounds are encouraged to apply
