Job Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis activities, partnering closely with business stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance. The role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, business performance reporting, and delivering actionable insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of monthly rolling forecasts, including variance analysis against budget, prior forecasts, and previous year's performance.
• Drive the annual budgeting process, long-range financial planning, and financial modelling to support business strategy.
• Partner with business leaders to provide timely financial insights, performance analysis, and recommendations to improve business results.
• Evaluate revenue growth opportunities through new product feasibility studies, profitability analysis, pricing evaluations, and investment assessments.
• Prepare business segment reporting, including margin analysis, EBITDA reviews, and cost allocation assessments.
• Participate in the month-end closing process and collaborate with Finance leadership to review financial performance.
• Support monthly management reporting, statutory reporting, external audits, and resolution of recurring financial issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve financial performance, resource allocation, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support business growth and long term objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, or Corporate Finance.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
