City Trenchless Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil & Structural Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure quality workmanship, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities for civil and structural works.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedule.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
• Plan, monitor, and control site progress to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
• Verify work completed by subcontractors before progress claims.
• Monitor material delivery, usage, and site resources.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical support throughout project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of site experience in civil and structural construction projects.
• Able to interpret structural and construction drawings.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, QA/QC procedures, and site safety practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (knowledge of MS Project is an advantage).
• Possess a valid Class D driving licence.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites within Sabah.
