We are looking for a clear, confident, and resilient Part-Time Appointment Scheduler to join our customer acquisition team. Your primary responsibility will be executing outbound calls to warm and cold leads, engaging potential clients, and scheduling introductory meetings for our senior consultants.

This role offers excellent training in communication, over-the-phone positioning, and objection handling, making it a perfect entry-point for individuals wanting to build a foundation in corporate sales and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Outreach: Conduct daily outbound phone calls to prospective clients from a provided database to introduce our corporate/financial services.
• Appointment Setting: Qualify lead interest and successfully schedule consultation slots for the advisory team.
• Calendar Management: Coordinate schedules between clients and consultants, sending out meeting confirmations and Zoom links.
• Data Logging: Accurately update the internal CRM system with call outcomes, client details, and follow-up reminders.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in any related field preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication with a pleasant, professional, and confident phone manner. Fluent in English (multi-language proficiency is a plus to speak with diverse client segments).
• Resilience & Drive: A thick skin and high rejection resilience; comfortable handling phone rejection with a positive attitude.
• Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, customer service, or promoter roles is highly preferred, but not mandatory. (Comprehensive script training provided).

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
