Responsibilities

• Conduct swimming lessons professionally and safely
• Ensure student safety during lessons
• Track attendance and lesson progress
• Follow Swim it Right teaching methods and lesson plans
• Attend occasional training or meeting sessions when required

Requirements

Proficient in at least 2 of the 4 basic strokes (Breaststroke, Backstroke, Freestyle, Butterfly) for In-House Coach Pathway

Enjoy interacting with children and adults

Comfortable working outdoors and in the pool

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsible, reliable, proactive, and independent

Able to commit long-term preferred
