Job Description

• To ensure cost effective, high quality and timely delivery of products
• Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions
• Able to solve any issue that may arise are repaired efficiently to meet the company’s output goals
• Responsible for production monthly reports
• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities.
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor production processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
• Supervise production staff and provide guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor machine utilization and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure products meet specifications.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
• Control production costs by minimizing waste and improving resource utilization.
• Support new product introductions and process improvements.
• Train production personnel on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed

Requirement

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma holder in related field
• At least 5 years’ hand-on industrial working experience
• Leadership and team management
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
• Strong attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
