KAS Engineering Hiring! Full Time Technician (Mechanical) in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 2,500 - Ricebowl

Key responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the completion of all tasks given by the Management

2. To check, identify, monitor and tie workflow to schedule

3. To check, verify and monitor all on site installation, repair, maintenance and testing works

4. To assist in all monthly verification works of appointed sub-contractors for payment purpose

5. To assist in contract administration and correspondences related to operations and building maintenance works

6. To monitor and maintain building in good condition

7. To produce timely and detailed service reports, and ensure timely submission of all reports to the management

8. To carry out any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time

9. To perform any other duties as required by the Top Management from time to time

AUTHORITY

1. Air conditioning systems

2. Domestic hot, cold domestic, mains and potable water including tanks

3. Supply and extract ventilation

4. Pumps and valves system

5. Building Automation System (BAS)

6. Vertical transportation (Lift)

7. Automated garden watering system

8. Fire protection services

Requirement:
- Diploma/Certificate/ MLVK in Engineering or related work experience.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field
- Minimum SPM / SKM Level II in a related field
- Experience in building maintenance will be an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
