About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled intern to work directly with our CEO. This unique role bridges the gap between high-level business strategy and technical execution. The primary objective is to audit existing operational workflows, identify inefficiencies, and build intelligent automation solutions—including the development of AI agents using Large Language Models like Google Gemini.

As the AI & Process Automation Intern, you will have the opportunity to directly influence executive decision-making by consolidating fragmented data into a comprehensive, real-time dashboard for the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

Process & Data Auditing: Analyze current business processes to understand operational bottlenecks and data pain points. Map out existing workflows to identify where data is siloed or missing. Automation & AI Strategy: Discover and propose practical opportunities where manual tasks can be automated or simplified using scripts or AI solutions. AI Agent Development: Assist in developing and integrating AI solutions and conversational agents using the Gemini API to streamline data sorting, text analysis, and other business logic. Executive Dashboard Creation: Design, build, and deploy an interactive, "bird's-eye view" web dashboard tailored for the CEO. Integrate various data sources to provide real-time, actionable business insights. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, test prototypes, and iterate on internal tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related highly analytical field.

Programming & Scripting: Proficiency in Python for backend automation, data normalization, and API integration.

Web Development & UI/UX: Experience building front-end interfaces and functional web applications (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to create high-quality, intuitive dashboards.

Data Management: Familiarity with database architecture, persistent storage (e.g., SQLite, MySQL), and data visualization tools or frameworks.

AI Interest: A strong understanding of machine learning concepts and a keen interest in prompt engineering and generative AI (specifically LLMs like Gemini).

Soft Skills: High level of autonomy, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to translate complex technical data into clear business insights for executive leadership.
