Responsibilities
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Maintain financial records, invoices, and payments
Assist with accounts payable/receivable and basic reporting
Handle petty cash and support budgeting
Procure goods, manage suppliers, and track purchase orders
Monitor inventory and update stock records
Maintain proper filling and assist with audits
Coordinate with departments and vendors
REQUIREMENT:
Proficient in Auto Count & SQL software
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in related field
Good interpersonal skills
Good analytical & communication skills, resourceful and able to work independently
Able to multitask and work independently.
Required language:
English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin is an added advantage
Benefit:

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
