Working Hours:
- 10:00AM – 7:00PM (Monday to Friday) ,10:00AM – 3:00PM (Saturday),Off Sunday & Public Holiday
- 5.5 working days per week

Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible, friendly, and detail-oriented Front Desk / Admin Executive to join our Xiaomi Exclusive Service Center team.
This role is mainly responsible for handling customer reception, administrative tasks, repair case coordination, and supporting daily service center operations.
Job ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Customer Support
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally
- Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email
- Register repair cases and update customers on repair progress
- Support cashier documentation and payment records
Administrative Support
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and daily reports
- Perform data entry and update internal systems
- Maintain proper filing and documentation records
- Assist in report preparation and operational paperwork
Operational Coordination
- Coordinate with technicians and HQ regarding repair cases
- Support service center daily operations and workflow
- Assist in complaint follow-up and case monitoring
- Support inventory and spare part record updates
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in admin, retail, or customer service is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
