Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Payment & Banking Operations

  • Prepare and process payment requests in accordance with company procedures.
  • Handle bank transfers and online banking transactions.
  • Assist in tracking payment status and maintaining payment records.
  • Coordinate with headquarters and relevant departments on payment matters.

2. Document Management

  • Organize, file, and maintain financial documents such as invoices, payment vouchers, and contracts.
  • Scan and archive documents in both physical and electronic formats.
  • Ensure documents are complete, accurate, and properly stored.

3. Administrative & Finance Support

  • Assist the finance team with daily administrative tasks.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documents.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the finance department.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred.
  • Familiar with basic accounting and payment procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and basic office software.
  • Careful, responsible, and well-organized.
  • Good communication skills in Mandarin

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
