Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full cycle of Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice verification, processing, and payment preparation.
• Manage vendors and supplier payments, including payment terms and account reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in invoice processing and data entry.
• Monitor payment schedules and support monthly closing activities to meet deadlines.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Have working experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365.
• Proficient in accounting systems and AI is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of AP processes and accounting principles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
