Job description:

• Can start work immediately.
• Duties & Responsibilities:

- Assist supervisors with daily work in production.
- Operate machines according to SOP.
- Identify and respond to abnormal production machine conditions and ensure daily production output can be achieved.
- Responsible for monitoring production machines in a timely manner.
- To ensure production with good quality.
- Respond and reduce re-production rates.
- To ensure high-efficiency material utilization and minimize waste.
- To respond to minor machine adjustments and ensure optimal machine utilization.
- Responsible for 5s in the work area and maintaining environmental cleanliness.
- To ensure all operators comply with company rules and procedures.

• Key Requirements and Competencies:

- Strong technical and analytical thinking with problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and good teamwork.
- Able to work in 12-hour shifts (rotate).
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

• Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM), Engineering (Electrical/Electronics), Engineering (Mechanical/Automotive), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Mechatronics/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• The position is full-time.
• Priority for Diploma/SKM graduates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
