We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer (Electrical) to lead site works at our 275/33kV Substation project in Serian, Sarawak.

This is a high-impact, project-based role where you’ll ensure the integrity and reliability of critical energy infrastructure.

The Role: What You’ll Do

As a Site Engineer (Electrical), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our electrical engineering works on-site. You will work closely with management to drive project milestones safely and efficiently. Your main duties will include:

• Site Management: Assisting the Project/Construction Manager in daily site management, supervising electrical installations, and overseeing construction works.
• Project Support: Collaborating with the Project/Construction Manager on ad-hoc tasks, problem-solving, and other essential duties necessary for the successful completion of the Works.
• Progress Control: Monitoring work progress on-site to ensure it aligns with engineering designs, technical specifications, and project timelines.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a proactive professional who meets the following criteria:

• Education: At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of working experience in projects similar to the scope of Works (Infrastructure/Heavy Industrial/Substations).
• Safety Conscious: Thoroughly familiar with hazards and safety requirements specific to construction and engineering work sites.
• Technical Advantage: Preferably possesses a strong working knowledge of the Completion Management System (CMS), with the ability to apply it as a tool in project setup, implementation, and operations during: Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) inspections, Construction phases, Testing & Commissioning (T&C).
