Suitable candidate will be working on normal shift and on shift during the trial run & commissioning of the SPD Plant.

Normal Working hours :
Monday to Thursday : 8.30 am to 5.15 pm
Friday : 8.30 am to 4.15 pm


Rotation of 3 Shift :
A – 7 am to 3 pm
B – 3 pm to 11 pm
C – 11 pm to 7 am

**Will be covering on 12 hours with fix 4 hours overtime whenever covering the off/rest day shift or any emergency case of another shift.

• JOB DESCRIPTION
  Operate and monitor distillation equipment, vacuum systems, pumps, heat ex- changers, and utilities
  
• Monitor process parameters through DCS systems and perform routine operations and inspections.
  
• Troubleshoot process, equipment, and instrumentation issues to minimize downtime
  
• Assist in startup, shutdown, and process optimization activities
  
• Support preventive maintenance and coordinate with maintenance teams during equipment servicing
  
• Monitor project installation and modification work to ensure compliance with specifications and safety requirements
  
• Participate in pre - commissioning, commissioning, and performance testing activities
  
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures
  
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate plant records
  
• Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
  
  
  
  

Requirements

Relevant hands - on experience in distillation, vacuum systems, or chemical process plants

Experience in operating and troubleshooting :
> Distillation systems
> Vacuum systems
> Pumps and heat exchangers
> DCS/PLC systems

Ability to read and understand P&ID drawings and process flow diagrams

Strong troubleshooting and problem - solving skills

Willing to work on shifts, during plant shutdowns, projects and commissioning activities when required

o Education : Diploma or Certificate in Chemical Engineering, Process Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field – is an advantage

o Work Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in distillation, vacuum systems, chemical processing, oleochemical, biodiesel, or related process industries
