Responsibilities:

• To manage on overall factory operation, production planning and control, quality control, inventory, maintenance and manpower as well as factory administration, safety health and environmental matters.
• To monitor the production process in ensuring it meets the delivery requirements in terms of quality, quantity, timeline and other customer requirements.
• To analyze and resolve production issues and to assist subordinates in solving their work problems in order to optimize productivity.
• Ensure that all factory activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner, set targets for the subordinates and provide necessary coaching to further optimize performance.
• Ensure target of production output set by the Management are met.
• Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduce cost of manufacturing operation.
• Implement and enforce company policies and objectives in the factory.
• Other relevant assignment, which may determine by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Material/Photonic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Industrial Automation field.
• Candidate with sheet metal knowledge will be advantage.
• Require technical knowledge and project management.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin communication.
• Self-discipline and able work independently.
• Honesty and integrity.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
