Responsibilities
Logistic Admin
Working Hour (Monday – Friday 8.00am-5.00pm) / Saturday OT if needed
**require to OT if urgent work need to be done on the same day
Salary negotiable / based on experience
Responsibilities:-
1. Coordinating with forwarding and transportation agents for customs clearance and delivery processes.
2. Working closely with sales team to ensure completeness of sales transactions.
3. Conducting periodic stock counts to ensure stock accuracy.
4. Monitoring goods received and goods issued.
5. Systematically managing inventory and maintaining records database.
6. To plan deliveries routes/schedule and assign deliveries to lorry drivers.
7. Ensure efficient movement of goods in compliance with company's policies, procedures and local statutory regulations.
8. Handling of all documentary requirements and maintaining all related records and files including relevant shipping documentations.
9. Prepare full sets custom declaration documentation (DOs, Invoices, K2 forms, Permits & Etc.)
10. In charge of Dagangnet online system for export documentations.
11. To update fuel consumption into GPS system.
12. Handling other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the top management
13. Salary are based on experience
