Job Description

Responsibilities

To lease casual mall leasing space (CML promotions space, push carts, kiddie rides, vending machines and advertising space) in all centres, optimize rental set in given budget for CML while ensuring that each CML space is leased to best in the respective category.


  • Identify and secure casual leasing opportunities, including kiosks, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional spaces.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and utilization of mall common areas and liaise with the vendors on implementation requirements.
  • Manage Casual Mall Leasing (CML) operations by handling client enquiries, securing leasing opportunities, preparing leasing documentation, ensuring compliance with mall regulations, monitoring CML sites, collecting rental and sales turnover data, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, retailers, and contractors.
  • Prospect and engage potential tenants, exhibitors, and event organizers.
  • Prepare leasing proposals, quotations, agreements, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with tenants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth setup and operations.
  • Monitor casual leasing occupancy and revenue performance.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, retailers, and business partners.
  • Ensure compliance with mall policies, operational requirements, and leasing procedures.
  • Prepare periodic leasing and revenue reports.

Requirement:


  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in leasing, sales, business development, retail, or property management.
  • Experience in shopping mall leasing or casual leasing will be an added advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to meet revenue targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
