What You'll Do

• Generate new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent service.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and sales meetings.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals confidently.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Keep up with market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
