Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer demand and sales forecasts.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, QA/QC, and Sales departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
• Ensure raw materials, manpower, and machine capacity are available to support production plans.
• Release and monitor production work orders.
• Track inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods.
• Analyze production performance and identify bottlenecks or capacity constraints.
• Prepare production planning reports and KPI updates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce lead time.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
