Role Overview

The Manhattan Active QA Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of Manhattan Active WMS and OMS platforms, including their integration with ERP systems and third-party applications. This role focuses on validating end-to-end warehouse and supply chain processes, supporting Agile delivery cycles, and maintaining high testing standards across frequent system releases.

Key Responsibilities

1. Testing & Quality Assurance

• Design and implement comprehensive test strategies and test plans
• Execute functional, system, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Validate inbound and outbound operations, inventory management, wave planning, order management, and transportation flows
• Perform integration testing with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle), MHE systems, and third-party applications

2. Defect & Release Management

• Log, track, and manage defects using tools such as JIRA
• Conduct defect triage and ensure timely resolution
• Validate bug fixes and support release sign-offs
• Ensure quality across frequent Manhattan Active release cycles

3. Agile Collaboration

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and product owners
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation

4. Test Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain high standards in test documentation, execution, and reporting
• Identify testing risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Continuously improving QA processes and efficiency

Qualifications & Experience

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Experience

• 2–5+ years in IT Testing / QA roles
• Experience with Manhattan Active (WMS / OMS)
• Experience in warehouse management or logistics systems
• Exposure to TMS systems and ERP integrations (SAP / Oracle)
• Experience in Agile environments

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestLink)
• Knowledge of test automation is an advantage

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
