Job Desciptions:

Environmental Science (M) Sdn Bhd is an established environmental consultancy and laboratory service provider in Malaysia. We are seeking a dedicated and organized General Admin to support our growing operations in Kuching, Sarawak under our Sarawak branch, Eco Enviro Resources (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd.

Job Function:

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support daily office operations.
  • Manage petty cash and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor and update employees' attendance and leave records (Annual Leave, Medical Leave, Emergency Leave, etc.).
  • Prepare, issue, and maintain invoices, claims, and other billing-related documents.
  • Coordinate with clients and the Finance Department on invoicing, claims, and payment-related matters.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate administrative records.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and ensure documents are organized and up to date.
  • Handle office correspondence, document preparation, and record management.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and Headquarters (HQ) on administrative and operational matters.
  • Assist in the procurement of office supplies and general office administration.
  • Support branch operations and perform other ad hoc duties assigned by Management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with good record-keeping abilities.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience in invoicing, billing, claims, or administrative support will be an added advantage.
  • Immediate availability or short notice is an added advantage.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
