Role Description The Remote Data Entry role at Anytime Fitness is a full-time, on-site position based in Salt Lake City, UT. The individual in this role will accurately input and update member information, attendance records, billing data, and other operational details into internal systems and databases. Daily tasks include verifying data for accuracy, resolving inconsistencies, and maintaining organized digital files to support reporting and decision-making. The role may also involve basic administrative support such as preparing spreadsheets, generating simple reports, and coordinating with team members to ensure timely data processing. This position requires consistent attention to detail, adherence to confidentiality standards, and collaboration with staff to keep information current and reliable.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Typing skills and Computer Literacy to efficiently manage data entry tasks and use office software and database systems.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with team members and handle occasional member inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance capabilities to support documentation, basic reporting, and organized recordkeeping.
  • Candidates should demonstrate high attention to detail, accuracy in data handling, and the ability to follow established procedures and confidentiality guidelines.
  • Relevant experience in data entry, office administration, or a similar role, and familiarity with spreadsheet and CRM tools, is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional coursework or certification in office administration or information systems is a plus.
