Role Description The Autocad Drafter is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Kangsar. This position is responsible for preparing and revising technical drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting tools to support engineering projects. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting design specifications, creating detailed shop and architectural drawings, coordinating with engineers and project teams to clarify requirements, and ensuring that all drawings comply with relevant standards and guidelines. The Autocad Drafter will also maintain organized drawing records, assist in updating documentation as projects progress, and support quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of all drafted materials.

Qualifications

• Ability to produce precise Technical Drawing and general Drawing work for engineering purposes.
• Experience preparing detailed Shop Drawings that support fabrication, installation,activities.
• Competence in creating and interpreting Architectural Drawings aligned with design specifications.
• Understanding of Architecture principles sufficient to translate design concepts into practical drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software , Autodesk Inventor and familiarity with relevant drafting standards.
• Certificate, diploma, or degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a project-based environment.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with engineers, designers, and project teams.
