Job Description
RedRadar International is hiring on behalf of our client for a detail-oriented and responsible Human Resource Executive.
This role covers full-spectrum HR operations across multiple affiliated companies, including healthcare, medical devices, and e-commerce sectors. You will be responsible for managing recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee relations, and HR documentation while ensuring adherence to Malaysian labour laws and industry-specific regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, compliance-focused, and capable of handling multiple HR functions within a structured and regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
1) Manage the end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle, and general HR administrative tasks across Southern Crescent Sdn. Bhd. and its affiliated companies: Nahnu Medtech, Myhealthcareshoppee, and Skillworks.
2) Oversee recruitment processes for specialized roles, including medical sales executive, clinical application specialists, e-commerce personnel, and other staff.
3) Administer monthly payroll, including Malaysian statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB), travel allowances, and sales commission tracking for the group.
4) Maintain detailed training logs and files to ensure strict compliance with GDPMD and Medical Device Authority (MDA) guidelines across all medical-related entities.
5) Verify that field sales and technical teams have updated hospital passes, required immunizations, and operating theater (OT) safety clearings.
6) Ensure all company policies and practices strictly align with the Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and its latest amendments.
7) Manage group employee grievances, leave records, performance appraisal workflows, and workplace welfare.
8) Maintain highly organized personnel files ready for internal and external ISO quality management audits.
Requirements
1) Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
2) Strong understanding of Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and HR compliance practices.
3) Experience in payroll processing and HR administration is preferred.
