Job Description:

• Responsible for supervising and monitoring the works to ensure they are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, method statements and test plans provided.
• Coordinate work front readiness and ensure preceding activities are completed prior to subcontractor mobilization.
• Communicate daily activities plan to subcontractors and direct labor, record manpower and activities for daily site report.
• Report site issues affecting progress to project engineer or construction manager including poor workmanship, insufficient manpower, work delays and poor housekeeping.
• Arrange material deliveries to the work place and monitor materials wastage
• Ensure work activities are carried out in accordance with established safety procedures
• Attend site meetings as required.

Job Requirements:

• Possesses at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Structural / Civil Engineering or any related field.
• Candidates with at least 3 years of working experience in Engineering or construction-related field would have an added advantage.
• Knowledgeable in architectural, civil engineering and structural drawings, specifications and schematics.
• Good communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Well-versed in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
