DD Group Of Companies Hiring! Full Time QAQC Engineer in Sarawak, Earn up to MYR 4,800 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and applicable standards.
• Conduct routine site inspections to verify workmanship quality and identify non-conformance issues.
• Coordinate and witness material testing, field tests, and laboratory testing to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare, maintain, and update QA/QC documentation, including inspection requests, checklists, test reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and quality records.
• Review engineering drawings, survey data, technical specifications, and method statements to ensure construction compliance.
• Assist in preparing cross-sections, longitudinal profiles, and other engineering documentation under the guidance of Civil Engineers and Surveyors.
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, surveyors, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues.
• Participate in internal quality audits and ensure corrective and preventive actions are properly implemented.
• Monitor corrective actions for identified defects and verify rectification works.
• Ensure all QA/QC records are properly maintained and readily available for client and consultant review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of QA/QC experience in road construction projects.
• Experience in conducting site inspections, material testing, and quality compliance audits.
• Able to interpret engineering drawings, survey data, technical specifications, and construction plans.
• Familiarity with preparing cross-sections and longitudinal profiles is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection processes, and quality documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project) and AutoCAD.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Gedong, Samarahan, Sarawak.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
