全职 QA Assistant Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,000 in VEGA PRECISION TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD Kuantan - Ricebowl

Job Description:

1. To ensure Company's products or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability,

usability and performance required for delivery to customers or clients through the process of Quality control, analysis, and a Quality Management System (QMS) for the documentation of processes, procedures and responsibilities for achieving quality policies and objectives.

2. To ensure Quality Control activities in the company are properly implemented.

3. Help maintain the Non Conformity reports (NCR) and/or RFI on details of customers complaints for rejecting the product or service to rectify the issues raised.

4. Check the raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.

5. Monitors the expiry dates of calibration of instruments and ensuring the instruments calibration certificates are valid and the instruments are fully functional and safe for use.

6. Maintains accurate records and controls the movement of quality instruments, including tracking any missing or damaged items. Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking, reporting, and data management.

7. Participate in internal, external audits and other quality assurance activities.

8. Assist to identify and register document which will be maintained and updated whenever there is any change to ensure it is the latest and available at the place of use (Quality Manual, Procedures, Work Instructions, Form)

9. To ensure all the document is up to date, reviewed, approved, distribution is controlled and available to the concerned users for the effective functioning of their operations.

10. Liaise with all other departments to meet company objectives.

11. Participate in training programs.

12. Carry out assignments as and when instructed by QA Executive, QA/QC Manager.

13. Other ad-hoc as per assigned.

Job Requirement:

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Manufacturing, quality Management, Engineering or related fields.

2. Able to read, write and speak in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

3. Understand ISO and IATF documentation is a bonus.

4. Fresh graduate are welcome.

5. Minimum 1 year of experience in any quality field.

6. Familiar with Microsoft Office

7. Self motivated individual and high discipline

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
