• Managing employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans and leave policies.
• Responsible of full spectrum of payroll process.
• Identifying training needs and organizing training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
• Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they receive proper orientation and training.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations and other legal requirement related to HR practices.
• Plan, organize and monitor day to day office and administration function to ensure employees are provided with a conducive working and living environments in order to enhance productivity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
