Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
· Provide administrative support to HR and other departments
· Handle employee data, documents and filing
· Assist in recruitment and onboarding process
· Maintain attendance, leave records and office documentation
· Answer calls, emails and general office enquiries
· Support daily office operations and ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
· SPM / Diploma in any discipline
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Organized, proactive and able to multi-task
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
