Job Description

Responsibilities

Purpose of the role:

Under the guidance of more senior planning personnel, this position is responsible for performing technical, professional and analytical work as well as day-to-day activities related to CPC and CPSS planning and scheduling, including using a scheduling software system.

Working Relationships:

Internal: All Department and branches.

External: Vendor/Supplier, Bank Negara Malaysia and Consultants if engaged on Project work.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assists with developing plans for CPC and CPSS team via further discussion and meeting amongst your team.
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Applies knowledge of databases to track, maintain and records of stops, geo-coordinates, amenities, and use reasoning skills to identify and correct data as needed.
  • Maintains route profile and performance data using complex spreadsheets.
  • Collects and record route compliance data using appropriate software, prepare compliance reports as required.
  • Monitors and evaluates on-time performance data, propose schedule adjustments as needed.
  • Researches complaints, problems and prepare responses and report for management, including composing correspondence.
  • Daily update of operation.

Formal Education:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in any related field.

Experience:

  • At least 1 years of working experience in operations or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Required Skills: Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheet.

Personal Qualities:

  • Able to work in a team environment.
  • Able to work as well as teams’ activities, document in a concise manner.
  • Able to present solution in written and oral reports.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Able to plan own work as team’s activities, document in a clear and concise manner.
  • Possess an excellent spoken and written English with high initiatives and positive attitude.
  • Customer-facing and allied to strong operational discipline, with responsibility for driving the business in a fresh and innovative direction.
  • Ability to think strategically and act tactically. Comfortable in day-to-day operations and willing to "dive deep" when necessary.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
