Minimum qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Typescript, Vue).
• Solid command of CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, system design.
• Good understanding of observability concepts.
• Excellent knowledge of database ORM implementation (Postgres) and Strong database skills (schema design, query optimisation, and understanding of relational models).

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP foundational services (Lambda, RDS, S3, etc.).
• Exposure to mobile development (React Native) or backend API design.

As a Software Engineer, You will

• Build end-to-end in-house teleconsultation platforms.
• Plan, Design, Code, Test, and deliver software to automate manual operational work.
• Perform Change Management to deploy applications to production.
• Participate in the support coverage as needed.
• Apply best practices, share your expertise and mentor other engineers.

What we are looking for

• Proven ability to build software - A portfolio of past work and personal projects carries far more importance than formal qualifications.
• Strong problem-solving through code - We value clear thinking, debugging instincts, and knowing the boundaries of an approach over arriving at a textbook-correct answer.
• Effective communication with engineers - working in a team means your solutions need to be understood, not just correct. You should be able to think and talk through code with others.

Pay: $4,300.00 - $5,000.00 per month
